Defendant Scott Allen Anderson appeals from the trial court’s denial of defendant’s Motion in Autrefois Convict and Plea of Former Jeopardy and defendant’s subsequent conviction.

Defendant was arrested on January 17, 1990, after a car chase that involved police officers from both the City of Winterville and the Clarke County Police Departments. The City of Winterville is located within Clarke County. The pursuit began in the City of Winterville by an officer of that police department.
