OPINION
TEASE, Judge.
Defendants Clifford and Mary Ennis move for summary judgment in this action for injuries received in an automobile accident.
On July 27,1977, the Ennises conveyed to the State of Delaware, through the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), a parcel of farmland located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Routes 9 and 6 in Kent County.
