Pro se appellant, Louis Anthony Manna (“Manna”), appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, the United States Department of Justice and the United States Attorney’s Office — District of New Jersey (collectively “Government”). Manna, relying on the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C.A. § 552 (West 1977 & Supp.1994), seeks disclosure of all government documents referring to him, apparently in an effort to prove both his “innocence” and…
