This is an appeal from the district court’s affirmance of an order of the bankruptcy court that confirmed a plan for the rehabilitation of a debtor under Chapter XII of the Bankruptcy Act. The debtor in this case is Jules B. LeBlanc, Ill-Corporate Hotel Partnership. The debtor owned and operated the Hilton Hotel at Corporate Square in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, until it filed for relief under Chapter XII in November 1977.
