This case comes into this court by appeal on questions of law from the Municipal Court of the city of Steuben-ville, Ohio.

The appellant, Samuel Waterman, having complied with the statutory requirements relative to notice and service thereof, filed his complaint against the appellee for the unlawful and forcible detention, after a peaceable and lawful entry of certain permises situated in Jefferson County, Ohio.
