This matter comes before the Court pursuant to a Writ of Certiorari sought by petitioner-employer, Reynolds Metals Company, to review an award of the Industrial Commission granting a widow’s claim to Kathryn Barker for the death of her husband, Robert H. Barker.. Barker worked for Reynolds for approximately IS years before his death on September 21, 1961. He was employed as an electrician and worked in the cast house at Reynolds.
