Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Battisti, J.), rendered July 31, 1987, convicting him of assault in the first degree, attempted assault in the first degree (three counts), and criminal use of a firearm in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
