Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Monserrate, J.), rendered July 25, 1986, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

On January 24, 1986, in connection with an investigation concerning a series of burglaries in the Town of Vestal, Broome County, defendant was asked to accompany two police officers to the Vestal Police Department.
