This cause was commenced to partition 225 acres of land in Mercer County, but because of the answer of Alice G. Melton, who claimed to be the sole owner, a question of title became involved. The trial court found against the sole ownership claim, ordered partition, and defendant, Alice G. Melton, appealed.
