The relevant facts of this case are concisely stated in the opinion of the court below, as follows: “Plain tiff insured the title to five [six?] houses to five [six?] different purchasers. It sues to recover the taxes against those houses for the year 1923, alleging that during the whole of that year the defendants were the owners.
