DECISION AND ORDER

REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.

Broan Mfg. Co., Inc. (“Broan”), a manufacturer of attic ventilating fans, filed this *774action against Westinghouse Electric Corp. (“Westinghouse”), alleging that Broan purchased about 16,000 electric fan motors from Westinghouse, that those motors were improperly wired, and that Westinghouse is liable for breaching express and implied warranties. Westinghouse has denied Broan’s contentions, and has counterclaimed for its own losses sustained in locating and replacing the allegedly defective motors.
