The plaintiff was the Democratic nominee for the rfficc of county commissioner of district No. 3, Washington county, Olcla. The defendant was an opposing candidate on the Republican ticket. An election was held on the 4th day of November, .1924, and certificate of election was thereafter issued to the defendant by the county election board.
