MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT E. GROSSMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court pursuant to an adversary proceeding filed by Robert L. Pryor, the Chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee” or “Plaintiff’) in the pending bankruptcy case of Joseph T. Dimino (the “Debtor”). The Trustee seeks to recover two pre-petition transfers from the Debtor to Justin Fisher (“Fisher”) and Gary Donnelly (“Donnelly”) (collectively, the “Defendants”) in the aggregate amount of $55,000 made in satisfaction of mechanic’s liens the Defendants filed against the Debtor’s real property located in Orient Point, New York…
