Rich, Judge.

This appeal is from the judgment of the U.S. Customs Court in Travenol Laboratories, Inc. v. United States, 83 Cust. Ct. 1, C.D. 4812, 476 F. Supp. 1075 (1979), granting summary judgment in favor of the United States and sustaining the classification of the imported merchandise. We affirm.
