In re Marriage of Kraft

Respondent, Martin Kraft, appeals from an order of the circuit court of McHenry County denying his petition seeking child support arrearages from petitioner, Frances Tullís. Respondent raises on appeal the issue whether the trial court erred in holding that the judgment of dissolution of marriage relieved the noncustodial parent of child support obligations. We affirm.
