In this action the appellees sought to make proof of the fact that they were heirs of Christian Schneider (Snyder), deceased, and as such entitled to receive his estate on final distribution.
Christian Schneider (Snyder) died intestate on the 24th day of April, 1928, while an inmate of the Central Hospital for the Insane at Indianapolis, Indiana, and while a resident of Huntington County, in the State of Indiana.
