for the Court:
¶ 1. Curtis C. Lambert was convicted of touching a child for lustful purposes under Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-5-23(1) (Rev.2006). He was sentenced to fifteen years, with- five years suspended and ten years to serve in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. He now appeals the judgment of the Lincoln County Circuit Court, raising the following issues: (1) whether prejudicial cumulative hearsay was improperly admitted, and (2) whether the verdict was contrary to the sufficiency and overwhelming weight of the evidence.
