The Consolidated Independent School District of Randalia, Fayette County, and certain individuals, are relators.* The Independent School District ■ of Donnan is made a defendant. The other defendants are the directors and officers of the said last named district. They were elected and began their duties as such officers soon after June 1, 1922.
