This appeal challenges the order of the Dauphin County Juvenile Court granting the request of the State of New Jersey for extradition of a juvenile, Michael Kallinger, now fifteen years of age. Kallinger is sought on charges of delinquency for his alleged participation in a murder and two armed robberies occurring in New Jersey more than *189three years ago. At present Kallinger is in the custody of the Commonwealth at the Youth Development Center at Warrendale, Pennsylvania, following an adjudication of his delinquency arising from his commission of criminal acts in Pennsylvania.
