On the sixth day of June, 1893, the plaintiffs obtained a bond for the conveyance of a mill in Barre, equipped with machinery for polishing granite; and on the sixteenth day of the month they received a deed and took possession of the property, and became co-partners under the name of the Boutwell Polishing Company.
