MEMORANDUM
RICHARD S. STAIR, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
The Plaintiffs, Danny and Cathy Lail, initiated this adversary proceeding by filing a Complaint on December 27, 1993, alleging that the debtor is liable for his business associates’ conduct and that the resulting obligation is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C.A. § 523(a)(2)(A) or (a)(4) (West 1993). The parties agreed at trial to rely on the Chancery Court of Roane County, Tennessee, for a determination of the amount of the debtor’s obligation, and accordingly, the au tomatic stay was subsequently modified by an Order entered in the debtor’s…
