This, is a suit by the beneficiary named in a life insurance policy for $1,000 on the life of the plaintiff’s son. The policy is called an industrial limited payment life policy, which means that the premiums were payable weekly fo,r the limited period shown in the policy. The defendant pleaded that, on the date of the policy, as well as at the time when it was issued and delivered, the insured was not in sound health, and that the delivering of the policy in the circumstances in which it was delivered was done in collusion between the company’s agent and the insured to defraud…
