SUMMARY ORDER

This case arises from civil litigation for copyright and trademark infringement against Joseph Berov and other defendants. In June 2010, this Court affirmed a nearly three million dollar judgment against Berov. Close-Up Int’l, Inc. v. Berov, 382 Fed.Appx. 113 (2d Cir.2010) (unpublished).
