The State’s evidence tends to show that the Reidsville 911 center received an anonymous call at approximately 10:00 a.m. on 13 March 2009, reporting that a small white car (the vehicle) was being driven erratically in the vicinity of Way Street in Reidsville. The caller reported that the vehicle had pulled into a Food Lion parking lot on Way Street.
