This is a suit upon an industrial, weekly-premium policy of life insurance issued by defendant upon the life of Henry E. Otto, by which it promised to pay in the event of the death of the said Otto the sum of $220, upon certain conditions therein specified, to his executor or administrator.

The said Otto was a resident of Jackson County, Missouri, and, while a resident of said county, died on the fourth day of April, 1930, with said policy in full force.
