—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Charles Solomon, J., at hearing; Joan Sudolnik, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered February 26, 1999, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 10 years to life, 7 to 14 years (two terms), and 1 year, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
