—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Henry, J.), dated February 24, 1998, which denied his motion for summary judgment against the defendants Ralph Rivera and Lillian Rivera.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
