The plaintiff appeals from a ruling by the Appellate Division of the District Court vacating a judgment in the plaintiff s favor and dismissing its complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendant. We vacate the order of the Appellate Division.
The plaintiff is a Massachusetts corporation which, in 1995, decided to get into the business of purchasing surplus military light amphibious reconnaissance crafts (LARCs).
