Defendant appeals as of right from various portions of the parties’ judgment of divorce entered in the Kent County Circuit Court.

On September 9, 1982, after trial had commenced, the parties, through their attorneys, placed upon the record in open court an agreed settlement of all issues in this case, including the property division. Thereafter, on September 16, 1982, plaintiffs counsel forwarded a proposed judgment of divorce to defense counsel which was rejected as not being in compliance with the stated settlement.
