In this Chapter 11 case, hearing was held on May 7, 1996, after notice, on Debtor’s Motion for Approval of Post Petition Payment of Prepetition claim, together with objections thereto by the Office of U.S. Trustee (“UST”) and Montana Department of Revenue (“DOR”). The Debtor introduced evidence in support of the motion through the president of the Debtor, Bruce Gardner.
