Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Stephen Crane, J.), rendered March 18, 1991, convicting defendant, after trial by jury, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him as a second felony offender, to concurrent prison terms of six to twelve years on each count, is unanimously affirmed.
