This is a suit instituted by appellee against appellant to recover damages for negligence resulting in injury to a shipment of cattle. From a! judgment against it in the sum of $103.27 the defendant has appealed.

On the trial the witness Daggett was permitted to testify in behalf of the plaintiff that of the shipment twelve calves sold at $2.40 per cwt., two cows for the sum of $2.50, and one cow for the sum of $1.50.
