Defendants Teachers Retirement System (TRS) and Samuel Anderson refused to provide certain information regarding their enrollees which plaintiffs Robert M. Healey and the Illinois Federation (IFT) had requested pursuant to the Freedom of Informaí'OIA) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 116, par. 201 et seq.).
