HOFFMAN, JUSTICE.

This action grows out of a motor vehicle collision occurring on State Route 143 near Edwardsville. The plaintiffs charged the defendant with the negligent operation of his automobile and the defendant counterclaimed against the plaintiffs charging negligence in the operation of their automobile. The cause was tried before a jury which returned a verdict in favor of the defendant upon his counterclaim and judgment was rendered upon said verdict. From that judgment, this appeal is taken.
