MEMORANDUM OPINION

KEVIN R. HUENNEKENS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This proceeding presents the court with the unfortunate task of protecting the public from the unqualified practice of a profession imbued with great public trust. It results from the Court’s order of November 28, 2006, directing Owaiian M. Jones (“Mr.Jones”) to appear before the Court on December 13, 2006, to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for his failure to pay in a timely manner filing fees that he had collected pre-petition from the Debtor and, additionally, for his failure to take any steps to remedy the situation…
