This was an action for the recovery of real estate by respondent against the appellant, tried before his Honor, Judge Memminger, and a jury, at the Ball term of Court for Laurens county, 1913, and resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiff-respondent here. At the close of plaintiff’s testimony, the defendant made a motion for nonsuit, which was refused. At the close of all the testimony in the case, defendant moved that a verdict be directed for defendant, which was refused, and after verdict a motion for new trial was made and…
