2Per curiam

This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying appellant’s petition for post-conviction relief. On April 15, 1985, appellant was convicted, pursuant to a jury verdict, of one count each of destruction of a building by explosives, unlawful possession of an explosive device, unlawful transportation of explosives, use of an explosive to commit a felony, bomb threat, burglary, and extortion. The district court sentenced appellant to a term of life with the possibility of parole in the Nevada State Prison, plus numerous concurrent terms. This court vacated *810appellant’s…
