Altagracia De Pena Family Day Care (Daycare) petitions for review of a decision of the order of the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals (Bureau) of the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) which adopted in its entirety the recommendation of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and denied the Daycare’s appeal from a decision of DPW to revoke the Daycare’s registration certificate for a violation of the Public Welfare Code 1 (Code). We affirm.
