KLINGEMAN, Justice.

Appellee, Tracy & Cook, a professional corporation, brought this suit to recover its fee for legal services performed for appellant, Alf Hundere, in connection with his divorce suit, and for attorney’s fees incurred in the prosecution of this suit. Trial was to a jury which found in answer to Special Issue No. 1 that the sum of $9,000 would fairly and reasonably compensate appellee for representing appellant in his divorce action on or after April 29, 1971, and found in answer to Special Issue No. 2 that the sum of $3,950 would be reasonable attorney’s fees for appellee’s…
