ORDER
FITZPATRICK, District Judge.
Timothy and Patricia Brumlik, debtors, filed a voluntary Chapter 11 petition for bankruptcy protection in the Middle District of Georgia. After some of their property had been seized by the Internal Revenue Service and their cash equivalents levied upon, they filed an adversary proceeding to have these items returned to them. The bankruptcy court, Honorable John T. Laney, III, presiding, granted the relief the debtors sought, and the government now appeals. The debtors seek leave to appeal and a stay of Judge Laney’s subsequent decision to transfer this case…
