MEMORANDUM OF OPINION ON MOTION TO REJECT EXEC-UTORY CONTRACT

THIS MATTER came on for hearing on the debtor’s Motion for Authorization to Reject Executory Contract in this yet to be confirmed Chapter 11 ease. The executory contract which the debtor seeks to reject is a franchise agreement between Kwik Kopy Corporation (“KKC”), franchisor, and the debtor, Printronics, Inc., franchisee.
