DIMOCK, District Judge.

This is a motion by nine defendants for an order pursuant to Rules 16 and 17 (c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, 18 U.S.C., directing the United States Attorney to permit them to inspect, copy or photograph certain books, papers and records in the possession of the Government. These defendants, wholesale egg dealers, are named among 21 defendants in an indictment charging that they conspired in violation of section 371 of title 18, United States Code, to bribe three Department of Agriculture egg inspectors to issue false egg inspection certificates.
