BAUER, Circuit Judge.

After a jury trial, Joseph Van Sach was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). District Judge Ruben Castillo determined that the Armed Career Criminal Act applied, 18 U.S.C. § 924(e), and therefore, Van Sach’s advisory Sentencing Guideline range was 210 to 262 months. Judge Castillo sentenced Van Sach at the bottom of this advisory range, to 210 months in prison.
