In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bellard, J.), dated November 15, 1987, as directed him to pay the costs incurred in conducting a deposition of a nonparty witness outside the State pursuant to CPLR 3108.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs payable to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
