Affirming.. On May 1, 1944, the appellee, Hagan Osborne, sustained injuries to his right leg while employed in the mine of the appellant. It became necessary to amputate the leg a little above the mid portion of the right thigh. This was apparently the only injury sustained in the accident. However, some 16 or 17 years prior thereto appellee had received other injuries. He had suffered an injury to his left hand as a result of which he had a 95% partial disability of the second finger, and 75% permanent partial disability in the first finger. He also had…
