Ronald Malam appeals a Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (commission) decision denying his claim for workers’ compensation benefits. The commission determined that Mr. Malam was involved in a workplace accident but concluded that he did not bear his burden of proving that the accident was the “prevailing factor” causing his medical condition or disability.
