¶ 1 The Office of Children and Youth Families (“OCYF”), the guardian ad litem for M.J.S. a/k/a M.W. (“Madison” or “child”), and M.W. and J.W. (respectively, “Grandfather” and “Grandmother,” and collectively, “Grandparents”), who are the child’s biological maternal grandparents, have appealed a May 4, 2005 order. In that order, the orphans’ court vacated an order which terminated the parental rights of R.M., Appellee herein and the biological father of the minor child, and also vacated a separate adoption order, which decreed the child’s adoption by Grandparents.1 The court…
