Several issues are raised by this appeal, among which are the effect and extent of the notice of appeal and what constitutes contempt of court in a child maintenance proceeding.

General Fact Situation. Appellant, Carlos Rimmer, and appellee, Lillian Rimmer, were divorced by a decree of the Pulaski Chancery Court, 2nd Division, on August 8, 1956.
