Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Friedman, J.), rendered November 21, 1994, as amended December 8, 1994, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, robbery in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
