Noe Mardoqueo Rodriguez-Leiva, proceeding pro se, petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) order dismissing his appeal from an immigration judge’s (IJ) removal order. Exercising jurisdiction under. 8 U.S.C. § 1252(a), we dismiss in part and deny in part the petition for review.
